Ngl romance plot became off putting on the second half of the show. Peak romance was when Jang Uk hurriedly went to mudeok after recovering from being poisoned. But Naksu only loves Uk and vice versa.

Too bad aos didn't go the way I want. I wanted it to be darker but it turned out to be a complete romcom (I'm not even buying the romance part) which is not a bad thing but I expected more angst and more motivation for the leads to be better. Also wanted Naksu to shine in the later episodes but it has been an Uk-focused show. Every episode I feel so detached to aos, I hope part 2 is better. I need more women in action.

It's really good but if it's not your cup of tea, then it's not your cup of tea. BUT it's not your typical xianxia, the plot is richer and it's not draggy at all. A lot of little details too and it gives you an impression that scriptwriters really took writing seriously. Everything is pretty tooooo
