When the mother is on the car with Yong Joon, we can see he's a little bit uncomfortable to see again Soo Hyun. We understand they didn't see each other a lot since Soo Hyun woke up. In the scene where Yong Joon says he's not okay, for me he's not putting an end to their relation ship. He explained that he was doing everything by himself, so now he doesn't know how to behave with his boyfriend. It's a little bit sad, but I think he just need some time. He said he was afraid. And at the end, when Soo Hyun is lying down between his mother and his boyfriend, I interpret it like his heart owns to both. First he turns his body to her mother, to express his love to her. Then he just turned the head to look at his boyfriend. We have like 3 dramatical notes at this moment, but just before he turns back his head, we have lighter notes, happier notes. And we have this smile on his face, just a small face, and a sigh, like a relief sigh. Cause he understand his life is okay. His mom accepts their relation-ship, and he understood what's wrong with his boyfriend. I think, if they would broke up, it would be the mother between them.
