I don't think i'm gonna watch Jang Ok Jung. I've just realised Everything about my Relationship started a few weeks ago, so i think i'll start watching that now. I like Lee Min Jung.

I don't think he really loves Chungjo, i think he has a crush on her because he's grown up with her. But when he falls in love with Yeowol, that will be his true love. I'm not sure how Chungjo will react to Kangchi being a gumiho, she's quite a nice person now, but maybe they'll have her be like his mum. I'll be annoyed if they do though, cuz I like her.
I don't think he'll die, i think it'll be a happy ending, where he finds the book and becomes human and they live happily ever after. At least, that's how I hope it ends. And oh my god, i know, when those villagers just accepted that he'd killed the dad guy, i was like "come on! He was freaking Robin Hood to you!" Really unfair.

Hey, i'm liking it so far, mostly. It seems to be moving along quite quickly at the moment, and i'm looking forward to watching Kang Chi come to terms with his gumiho side. I can't wait for next week in particular, cuz i want to know how he's going to react to it. And how Suzy's character is going to treat him. I think she'll just be like "ok then, moving on", in complete contrast to how Kang Chi's mother acted. I loved the relationship between his parents in the first 2 eps, i hope we get to see the dad a bit later on in the series. I think it's a possibility.
I was thinking of watching When A Man's In Love but i wasn't sure about it. What are you thinking of it so far?
I agree with you about Nice Guy, mostly, except that I actually didn't think it was all that great. By the end of the show, I just wanted it to end, urgh. The acting was fantastic, the characters were well written, but there was no emotional connection to any of them because there wasn't a single decent character. Except the lawyer friend, I guess. But I need a good guy to cling onto! I need someone to root for, otherwise i lose interest.

I liked your review of That Winter, The Wind Blows. It's one of those shows that is really really good... until it's not. And then you're like "but no, you were doing so well!", lol. Luckily, it was only the last few episodes, and even then, it was still worth watching. The ending was stupid, and I really don't understand why no Korean writer ever seems to know how to write a good ending. And this one would have been so simple! All they had to do was have him recover from the knife wound, her recover from the surgery, and then get together. That's all they needed to do! Why was that so hard!? And like, i know that they did get together, but why was it a year later? And they filmed it like it was a dream sequence. It was just odd.
I wish Javabeans or Girlfriday had been recapping this, i'd love to know what they think of it. On the Level 7…
Me too! I hadn't thought about that but yeah, if they do another podcast soon, That Winter will definitely be mentioned.

Ah, me too, lol. In Time With You is the only Taiwanese drama in my top 10, the rest are all Korean, lol. Are you enjoying That Winter, The Wind Blows?

Hey, how's it going? I'm a Primadonna, my bias is Jaejin, although Seunghyun is often challenging him for that position, lol. It was Hongki when i first got into them, but that was because he was the only one i saw actually doing stuff (watching him in You're Beautiful was how i discovered them). But once i started getting to know them better, the others started jumping ahead of him in my bias list.
I wish Javabeans or Girlfriday had been recapping this, i'd love to know what they think of it. On the Level 7 Civil Servant recap, Girlfriday made a comment about That Winter, The Wind Blows that makes me think that she's not enjoying it. But i'll never find out why, grrr. Usually we agree on everything so the fact that I like this and she doesn't is sort of surprising, lol.

Hey hey, you've got so many shows in your Currently Watching list! I was looking at my list the other day thinking that i should probably just move a couple of them to On Hold considering i haven't watched an episode in months, lol. Heartstrings is on your list. I personally don't think it's worth watching, but i watched it as it was airing, so maybe if it's marathoned, it'll be better. It just didn't really have a point.
I already dropped this series but I kept looking for the recaps in dramabeans and what was that for an ENDING?!?!?!
Ha ha, i did the same thing. Dropped it but read the recaps. Javabeans and Girlfriday did an awesome job, they totally just gave up trying to make sense of it, and just started being sarcastic about it, lol
Finally! It's over! I'm ready for my overdose of drama! I don't watch "airing" dramas, so I waited 10…
I stopped watching it after episode 12 because i just couldn't justify the utter waste of my time. I would recommend not bothering with it. But the recaps on Dramabeans are hilarious so if you do decide to watch it, read them as well because they actually make it funnier.

And yes, exactly, In Time With You was just a nice drama. It didn't make me think "that's such a Taiwanese thing to do", lol. No silliness, just real feelings and real actions. And it was 13 episodes (all be it each episode was about an hour & a half, lol) but it didn't feel long. It was the right amount of episodes for the story.

Oh yes, i definitely found a new love in Kim Ji Hoon, lol. He was a nice alternative to Yoon Shi Yoon's childishness. Like, he was adorable but a bit much sometimes, and then you'd have Kim Ji Hoon's character being all serious and broody. It was nice having the both of them there to bounce off each other.

I saw a comment about you not liking Park Shin Hye. In Flower Boy Next Door, she's actually really... likeable. She's very subdued and quiet. There's no silliness or overacting, which I'm gonna assume is one of the reasons you don't like her, because that was my main reason for not liking her, lol. But FBND actually changed my opinion of her. I don't necessarily know if it's worth watching, because it loses something about 11 eps in, but up until then, it's really good. And then, even when it's not as good, it still has cute scenes. It just also has frustrating scenes too. Yoon Shi Yoon is definitely adorable in it all the way through though.

Dude, you reviewed In Time With You as well! That's my favourite TW drama now, i just finished it and came on here to write a review raving about it and then realised that a billion other people had so i'm not gonna bother now. You basically said everything I wanted to anyway, lol. Even if the ending was kinda odd. Like, the end of ep 12, she busts in on Ding Li Wei cheating on her, and then it just kinda jumps forward and she's travelling and is in contact with Da Ren again, and then Da Ren shows up on her birthday and they get together. I felt like i missed something. But apart from that, i thought it was an awesome show.

I really want to watch Can We Get Married, it's on my list. The girls at Dramabeans said it was a pretty cute show as well. I loved Flower Boy Band, definitely one of the best of last year. And it actually had good music. Like, sometimes a show will be about a band or singer but you won't actually like the songs they release. But i loved the whole SUFBB soundtrack. I still listen to it now.
