I agree with you regarding how different this series is.
What I was saying and perhaps unsuccessfully, was that because this runs at the same time/period/week/era as those other series, by the time we get to this series, it doesn't measure up. However, if one watches it independently, it retains its merits of course.

The challenge right now is that there's Last Twilight and The Sign which are captivating and so this series feels lackluster...perhaps after the adrenaline rush of these two, we may return. For now its hectically boring!
P"Aof thinks of absolutely EVERYTHING! That blurred opening in Ep4 had me dizzy with the fear of going blind. I realised as it was coming into focus that it was meant to put us in Day's shoes and I felt that.😩😩😩
I enjoy a CDrama with a strong woman plot. This was especially special because she spoke with a normal voice! She had a career and was driven to succeed.
Our male lead was well written, flawed and a stand up human being. Might I just add and say the actor self was something to behold. A hot man. 🔥🥵
I strongly recommend this drama if you enjoy a plot steeped in realism and relatable characters.
That was a VERY successful first episode. I went in with hyper low expectations, but Pavel gave me everything. I can already see the mess and I am sat for ALLLL of it. 🥰😍😘😘😘❤️
