I hear what you are saying fully. I am always cognisant that as an international fan, I am not the primary audience for content created in Asia. Therefore I try to criticise with care knowing that even my own country doenst service this appetite for material addressing the marginalised. So Asia wins!

Just barely survived Ep2. The mother has loud and abrasive presence. Is she originally from theatre and struggling to adjust to television microphones?? The amount of screentime she has makes me wonder if indeed we misread the series. Is this about a mother-son dynamic instead of gay love? I am impatient to see the results of the crackling chemistry between the two men.
I cringed until the amnesia and Dae Bom going back and then I couldnt handle it so I fast forwarded to last episode. Also, there was all the way too much screaming and shouting and far too many tears ! Its a NO from me. 4/10
Rain and Phayu worry me. Way too many people coming in the mix. I am really keen for Phayu to disrobe the servant preoccupation and own his feelings for Rain and maybe even pursue him. What's the worst that could happen?
