This delivers on so many levels! The plot, the chemistry, the quality of the script, direction and acting! No mannequin kisses here! I'm even appreciating the mature angst! It's going to be an interestingly delicious 10 weeks!
When this was airing, I couldn't get into it, but binging it now worked really well. It was a sweet story and the ultimate 'you played yourself '🤣

When there's trauma in a two parent household, one parent gets the 'punishment' or the blame, more than the other. The expectation being, you should have protected me; you should have stood up for me or even why did this happen to me on your watch💔
In Qin's situation, that parent seems to be the dad. He seems to have an amicable relationship with his mom and that's somewhat wholesome to see.
