so the director manipulated the viewers into thinking the villain is dead.

we didn't see the nanny and the Chinese assassin, the nanny probably save yohan and manipulated the scene to look like yohan's dead .

3rd season has so many unanswered question
1. The Group who recruits the professor in the real world knows about the borderland.
2. Where the hell did yaba go, he just disappeared.
3. Why the watchman looks like usagi's father.
4. The Zombie Game has flows why they killed each other if they can turn all of the players to zombies.

i think there will be a season 3 lol or make season 2 more than 10 episodes. Because there is so many questions left. How they ended up naming their shop murthehelp what does that mean. And if jinman and bale fought, jinman would probably ended in the hospital. Probably season 2 will focus on jinman destroying he's business competitor babylon w/c the general is the ceo. then S3 will be jinman's team and jiahn's team will work together to kill bale.

With Jin Man's business he probably has connections. He can ask them a favor to fake his death.
Well since she's a fan favorite, she could be alive.
Since JinMan is not in near death situation like Minhye in the ending, then bale is alive.

S2 will be bale and jinman story as S1 seongjo and jiahn. The ending S1 leaves us the question why jinman is alive and why he is injured in the end of EP8? Did he attack bale/babylon during the time of the siege in his house. And the guest in his funeral? Are they killers too?

i agree with you, this drama is great. and hope that there is another season.
'Coz there's so many unanswered question in s1.
1. the parents, why only they only targeted the students. Not the teachers.
2. Who funded the parents to make a game.
3. The students parents where are they.
4. Se eun's backstory w/ her parents. Her parents are probably strict to her.

So the ending will be hinting to season 2, looks like the oh jung won avatar will be played by the mother this time. And hope its not mafia game on season 2, would be great like the kings game.
