Jang Hyuk was the only saving face of this Drama. They were seemingly immortal, and the story was drawn on.

It's a serial killer crime drama, why would there be romance? There's plenty of romance dramas out there. I honestly wish Korea would make more action, horror, slice of life, thriller, crime dramas over happy rom coms. The last romance I really liked was Misty because it was dark.

I mean, I imagine they do. I simply avoid it altogether since I strongly dislike bromances. Not to mention it wouldn't really fit into this type of series.

Ah, I misread your comment sorry. You were basically saying the downfall of it not being family-friendly was because it was a meaningful film that would've been nice to share with the family. Sorry. I thought you wanted the film itself as a porn directing film to be family friendly.

I responded to the portion that made the least sense. It's a movie about porn, there's no other way about it. Meaning there's going to be rather.. explicit scenes. No other way about it regardless of the subplot, genre, and the emotions of the characters. I don't think I'd pick any movie about porn on family movie night.

The rest was spot on, so no need for me to type I agreed with the rest.

Wasted on action dramas? I have to disagree. Some of his best roles are action dramas, and thrillers.

Why not romanticize him as both?

Old thread, but watching giving a bad review before watching something is a bit.. weird. If you don't want to watch it, that's cool.. but why review it if you're not even going to try it.

Respect your opinion, thought I'm still inclined to disagree. I was okay with a slower plot, than a plot that flat out doesn't make any sense. There's so many things that weren't explained in Voice, especially the later seasons. The only thing that was the saving grace was Jang Hyuk, and the excitement. I've watched numerous of crime dramas. Of course it doesn't compare to the greats, but I wouldn't consider it the worst. I've watched many.

I agree with you on 3 of the 4. Voice had far too many plot holes to, and things that didn't make sense compared to this. I found this one entertaining, and a hermit that has been in hiding for some time would have a few unconventional tricks up his sleeve.

I disagree, the only meh part was the ending.

He is a sociopath. He has to hurt himself, or get hurt in order to stop himself from hurting others. He did change in the end, which is a good thing.
