Overall review since I yapped so much in this drama: 100/10Happy ending for the couples
1. I wouldn't say the drama has the best FL and ML characters, as I didn't enjoy their story much at the end
2. However, I really liked the plot as it kept me interested and I even stayed up until 4 am to watch it!
3. Personally, I really loved the side characters more, like the story of Wan Peng, why he became evil and why his minions are evil with him (I don't know what else to call them except minions).
4. It's a happy ending for other viewers probably but for Wan Peng fans, it kind of felt short. I really wish he had a better ending (even though I know its impossible. YK let a girl be delusional when it comes to dramas atleast )
I'm on episode 30 and so far Wen Peng is so reasonable.
Bro, like, I genuinely know Wan Peng did so many wrong things and killed so many people but, like, I'm crying with him because it's not his fault. I can't imagine anyone else in his place who wouldn't do the same.
Just imagining how this poor child felt when he realised his mom has a new family and doesn't care about him anymore. I hope there is no parent like his parents in this world. I don't care; no matter who, where, when, why, how, or what happens, you do not leave your child with an abuser like that. How do you fucking live in peace knowing your child is with an abuser? Gosh, how I wish this drama gave him a happy ending.
I hate the mother more than I hate the father because I know for sure this guy has some mental issue and he probably is a psychopath. That's why he is like that. BUT the mother??? She has full-on common sense so how the fuck does she leave him? Even if she has her own mindset, even if people told her he is doing well and even if she tried once or twice like BFR, you were there once; you know he can't be okay over there and how abusive the father is. You can't just have a heart attack at what he says to you when every bit of that sentence is true and makes sense. How dare you call yourself his mother when you abandoned him at his most vulnerable time??
Okay ;o; my rant is over anyways. im going to go back to watching also also its a good drama watch it to get pissed and feel their emotion, especially if you like action drama.
