hey, so, I've seen couple of videos and comments about qianqian being a time-travler. In the novel it shows that the current qianqian from our timeline, since when the original qianqian was giving birth to yu bao'er she could not handle the birth pain as well as the stress from Qi and she unfortunately passed away, which then someone from our timeline took over qianqians body. That is the current qianqian who saved Qi from the water by doing CPR and could not remember Qi in the restaurant when she first saw him as she wasn't the one who he harmed and impregnated, it was the qianqian who passed away. This is also why this qianqian knew about stuff like cavity and CPR.
