Actually the title in Chinese as "endless lovesick" has more side of the missing than the losing, and it talks about all the main leads. The author never said Xuan is the lead in the love story, but the lead in the structure of the story, because the story is not just about love.

Some CX fans or XuanLong fans ( yeah, some said those two pp can be a CP ) don't like that they add Jing is the one who connect CX and Fenglong together ( which seem like doesn't exist in the novel ). Basicly Xuan is saved by Jing today. ( Seem like it touches the character's pride ?! I hope you know what I mean ). Also the production team and the author once said CX is the 1st ML so they feel like the role has been exchanged to Jing. This adding is really a highlight to Jing because his character doesn't have much developement until now. Jing's fans defend by saying that his role has been cut a lot already ..etc.. Novel fans come in comment that it'll be really weird later because Fenglong is very loyal and devoted to Xuan, even died for him, so why need this change.
