well, people should watch something with their own eyes instead of listen to rating anywhere. Weibo rating is more related to traffic. Douban rating also should not be taken into account either bcs there are a lot of fake rating there nowadays. Rating either too high or too low in ridiculous way, network, production company or some dirty agency also paying for people to rate there, it's either good to promote their network/drama or bad to destroy their competitor, not saying hater, fan wars ...etc.. or some people simply just hate certain genres of drama. The way that site works is also unfair and too authoritarian, no rules for whenever a drama rating will be released or how exactly some rating can be counted or can't be counted :/
