Yes.Not that it matters but they knew each other and were in the same class in college. Her rationale, not that…
Yes, I look forward to them as a couple…working as a team…without pity for each other! I wish there were more episodes per week! They are both great actors!! I haven seen her since Interest of Love… And he’s been in a few shows I’ve watched… 😊👍🏻😀 (And I can’t not watch until it’s over…lol!)

Can’t wait to see how the writer resolves this issue. Between him not calling and the pity statement, the ML is digging a very deep hole for the FL to “bury” him in… (and he seems to be more interested in her lately 🤔) 😆🫣

The ML did recognize her and was hit by a car initially trying to figure out if that was her. While recovering, he left the hospital with iv in tow. Saw her at the convenience store and called her to verify for himself that it was in fact her. She knew it was him immediately because of the lighter click.
And she could make out his face in the very center of her low vision. Now, She still can see almost a pin hole size field of vision in the center.
I hope you weren’t upset by reply. I wrote that way so those opposed to pre-marital sex would take offense and attack. 🫣😞
Oh mom definitely treat the older two siblings differently, probably neglectfully as the older sister said.
I wasn’t doubting that they were treated as 2nd class kids. And their hurt prevents them from not blaming DR.
I dislike greatly how full grown adults are treated in most KDramas I watch. When mom told the older sister to moved back home and give her the money…that really irritates me. It’s wrong. I get why mom does, it doesn’t make it right.
I completely understand mom’s desire to not let her child go blind. But I have not doubt she treat the DR with more care and attention.
If you want to dislike the DR character, that’s your choice.
I understand the FL’s siblings could be unfairly resentful, but they are downright mean to her. 😡 She didn’t ask their mom to treat her any differently than her brother and sister. 😢
Yes, it says in the summary Da-rim started losing her vision at 14. In ep 1, in college, I think she was using the white cane (couldn’t find an actual name) that people with low-vision and blindness use, in the crosswalk.
(Extra info from looking it up: a white cane with red bottom means the person has low vision, an all white cane means they’re totally blind. I found it on the internet so it may not be 100% correct.)
Ji-Na was pretty brutal during the proposal…I thought she was in love with the guy who proposed… 🤔🫣😢
If you really want to know read on:
It was very childish, he thought he was on a blind date, she thought she was interviewing a prospective model. Ji-Na a messed up the locations, she was to go on the blind date. The ML has been in the US and or is a chebol (spelling?) and doesn’t talk very formally. She talks about his flat butt, he gets offended calls her a pervert…she get offended…. Next scene she has him in a headlock, he’s pulling her hair… Ji-Na walks in…
A few episodes later… if you haven’t watched … I will keep it to myself (lol)🫣
Can someone explain to me what differentiates a 30-episode drama from the other 16-episode dramas we know? Thanks
“Weekenders” also known as “Family Dramas” traditionally have been 50 episodes (1 Saturdays and 1 Sundays)
They usually are not to racy and involve the whole family in-depth. Traditional family issues. More characters, not just a scene here or there with parents and side characters. On a side note: This drama has a motel scene in episode 1… very rare.
This is a new format that hopefully keeps the story moving along faster with less filler. And hopefully has a decent ending.
I will check out The Fiery Priest… it’s been on Plan to Watch list!
As for IF, as you said: “I'm really curious to see how the story progresses!” Me too!!
I wish there were more episodes per week!

I need to give it some thought as to DaRim’s culpability in this issue and see if she should apologize to her siblings for the way mom treated her.
Let’s see what the writer does with the character’s that cause so much discussion! 😊🫣🤔

Her rationale, not that one is needed, but she (Da-rim) wanted to experience “it” before she lost her
sight.

The FL is pretty violent…on the ”blind date” she hit the ML first. In a hotel restaurant!
🤔
This is just a Kdrama thing right? 🤔
It seems people think highly of it…I’ll put on my list. Or watch until a couple episodes before the end. 🤔
