My opinion. Mi Ran has been clueless about Jae In and her son from the start. She was apparently in the USA for…
I agree MR has caused so much grief and heartache which no one realized until l JIās father died & her mother exploded at his funeral.
Did JIās mother always mistreat her brother? I canāt remember exactly, but he loved/loves his mother very much. His mother definitely used him to run over DH. Did she voluntarily take responsibility or because the video evidence.
I really need to take notes on these dailies & weekenders! š«£š¤š
I just looked at the rating here when you posted this.. itās 7.5 based on 41 people right now!Youāre definitely…
I think, think that the ratings are based on SK viewership, their domestic audience. Again, I think on this site itās predominantly non S Koreans. The international viewers. Whenever I have asked were people are from, Iāve never got South Korea as an answer. New Zealand, India, Brazil etc⦠Very rarely sometime in SE Asia.
I donāt know if Iām right but thatās what I believe it is. š«£
i LOVED Ja Young for cursing the 4 people at the funeral - even Seung Woo - he deserved that because everything…
Thatās the only mother SW has ever known. I wish JY would do something to him feel better (funeral / JIās death not withstanding) he didnāt deserve what he got at his fatherās funeral.
Even though I was pretty sure she was alive the first half of the episode made me cry
I hope BoRam doesnāt āaccidentallyā find out, sheāll be broken hearted again. š (And of course her grandmother wants to not tell her again; which this time maybe wise!??)
What did I tell you? Did I call it or what? I told you he was going to hide her. Now, they can come back stronger. You…
You know (& I know you donāt care - I get it!) KDYās mother was lied to again by her son! He is consistent! That was among her chief complaints donāt lie or hide things! āRut-ro Scooby-Doā he did it again! š«£
Iāve been tossing about my feelings for this drama and iām torn between feeling sad that itās ending because…
I will definitely miss it. Though less now than a month or two ago. To me more often than not a KDramaās quality or enjoy-ability declines in the last quarter.
This one, to me has grown more frustrating once the ML came up with the whole D-day scenario for the FL to āD-ecideā. First to date then to marry. He became overly needy and immature compared to his behavior prior. While the FL became disenfranchised after officially entering into a relationship. And even more hesitant toward marriage. Perhaps embarrassed to move on shortly after her husband died in front of his brothers?
I have no doubt she really likes DS, but emotionally she is not in the same place as him. DS has had a decade and a half to deal with his grief. GS has had less than a year. (Time passing in this show is hard to tell.)
@Zango has posted some beautiful and well thought posts about why the leads are the way the are and the cultural aspects in SK. I think that they are definitely more than plausible. More accurate than my thoughts. And I still watch these shows regardless of the frustration level within.
But for me, my opinion as a western viewer (non-SE Asian), the show lost much of its charm. Finally I know these long family dramas are not written for the typical middle age (I may be beyond that now) viewer in the US. They are written for the older SK audience.
Due to the hospitalisation, she might grow her hair & resemble the past/ pre-revenge mode JI. I liked both…
Agreed, I usually prefer longer hair, JI with short hair really works for the ānewā less apologetic, out for revenge JI! I hope we can get a vacation from DoHeeās mother. she has every right to grieve, be sad and angry, but the hysterical behavior souls be toned down by now. Where would the comic relief come from? Iād like some but most stories are irksome at best. š¤š«£š
Hello? Annyeong? Knock Knock. Is anyone there? Can someone enlighten me?1. Why did Lucia have to run to the lobby…
I agree - when she ran to the lobby to get helpā¦That was like life before cell phones!Maybe she didnāt have hers on her, but thatās dangerous with that lawyer roaming around leave your cell phone unguarded. Also maybe she wanted a witness? š¤
I thankfully canāt relate to what DoHeeās mother is going through, but itās not like this just happened…
Exactly!JI ās mother has very flawed thinking even before her new diagnosis. And DoHeeās mistake was thinking GC was human and would behave as such when confronted.
Yes the ābring her backā is when youāre in shock - maybe for a week/weeks but itās been months! I thankfully…
Definitely agree with that!Sadly sheās turned from a kindly & sympathetic character to a more pathetic one. Angry with the wrong people. Sheāll be surprised and regret howās sheās acted. š«£š«¤š¤
My million dollar idea: Lock your office door. š¤¦š»āāļø
Do Yun, if you hide someone in hospital it should be far away, not were a local might stop by or see you there. š¤¦š»āāļø

She might also have a degree of guilt because she wished JI to die?
*Is this going to be another thing that DoYun hides from his mother?
