It’s not Netflix’s fault, they only acquire the international rights to distribute. I feel like the Korean production companies are not willing to commit to being fully funded by Netflix either. Also keep in mind that Netflix is an American company so the way they film their shows is different than the norm in Korea, maybe that’s why Korean companies don’t fully commit to Netflix funding.
