Review Lighter & Princess Spoiler
The biggest problem was that the female lead started following him out of nowhere. You can understand that at first, it's infatuation, but in the series, we have a time jump where they were together for about 3 years, so it's hard to justify such behavior of the heroine where she continues to follow him blindly in the relationship when the main character hurts her constantly. The emotional development of the characters in this series is an embarrassment, but maybe it was the intention of the creators to show more extreme cases where some women actually prefer bad guys, and then they stay in a toxic relationship for many years and have even greater psychological trauma. It happens in life, I've seen similar cases before, not that extreme like in the series where the male lead could act like a jackass in the university and people still tried to bear with it cuz he was talented and handsome, but in the relationship, yeah, I've seen it.
Another funny thing is the illogical plot in the show since the ending of the 1st part, in which our protagonist goes to prison and he loses the company, and suddenly in 3 years this company is one of the top companies in game dev, this was so damn hilarious xd Look at the top companies in the game dev and research how long it took them to develop their single game at the beginning. From the beginning I mean, from the project idea to the implementation and then alpha and beta testing and then full release and then bug fixes to calm down the community rage (cuz games with a lot of content costs a lot). 3 years is maybe enough to develop 1 game which would be a big hit with sufficient money that our antagonist earned from selling the medical software. As a romance, it is a good series to show people how to not treat people, even though you have emotional damage from your childhood and decided not to treat it. This show can be in various aspects relatable to real life, however from the technical aspects, from the second part of the series, there are massive logical holes in the plot, maybe due to lack of research or it was intentional, who knows. Not to mention the company for which our protagonists work for, a small dev house and they can code multiple games on such short notice xd I'm just disappointed in that because 1st half of the show was quite decent but well...
