as a newbie to Goo Hye Sun, I have to say that her acting is quite good. It's not amazing or anything but she does her role as Soo Wan convincingly well so I don't really understand why people are dropping the drama before watching it simply because they think Hye Sun is STILL a terrible actress.
Anyways, great drama! After a while away from dramaland, this one seems a good choice to get back into~
Great movie! The storyline got messy at times but it was the amazing actors that carried the show and made it so engaging. I'm a bit disappointed though that some of the dads' backstories weren't fully developed especially Jin-seong who was the most caring out of the five fathers.
This is the first drama where I'm torn between the 2 main leads >.< It's amazing how well Basketball portrays the characters with strengths and weaknesses so they seem more realistic. Kang San and Min ChiHo fighting!
Here is an English subbed version! Some parts aren't translated very well but you will get the gist. Hope you all enjoy :)

I love how the main lead isn't the typical Korean coldblooded man but a cute mischievous boy who just wants to have fun. But at the same time he has a very complicated mind and understands human nature very well. I really enjoyed his deep talks with the professor in each episode since it seemed like a reflection and summary of the main message behind each crime case. Ryu Deok Hwan is such a talented actor and really brought out Han Jin Woo's character as a whole. I am totally in love with this drama!
I feel that TEN had more complicated and darker cases BUT Vampire Prosecutor's team had way more chemistry (especially Tae Yeon and Soon Bum) and TaeYeon's past was really interesting! Also, there were hints of comedy and romance which made everything sweeter and lighter :)
I think VP will suit people who are more interested in the team members and the over-arching storyline rather than the individual crime cases which was more like TEN. However both dramas are amazing so I definitely recommend both!
I loved that REAL subtle product placement for Redoxon in ep15. Just casually having the two glasses of the drink right next the packaging in a perfect shot for viewers to see. Haha such a dramaland feature XD
The episodes are gradually getting better with characters starting to clash but honestly none of them are likeable. Everyone is moping over this and that and no one has a real purpose other than to defend/attack Taeha.
Also, why are the characters so cold and mean to each other? I mean Ha eunjoong could be such a likeable guy but no, they had to make him cold and distant (meaning no killer smiles!!!). Hopefully this is all tied into the story...
The thing that really annoyed me was that the synopsis made it seem like the whole story would be based around Soomin and her undercover mission and that's what kept me from watching this drama. However I decided to give it a try anyways and was pleasantly surprised that in actual fact Park Sa is the real main of this drama! Whoop whoop!
The beginning was quite slow but now they have moved onto adults! Whoop whoop get ready for jae won :D love the kid actor for ha eun joong though, he was adorable and talented!
Anyways, great drama! After a while away from dramaland, this one seems a good choice to get back into~
