Exactly, rule of thumb for any BL actors or "ship" (lookin at you kpop stans) = unless they state publicly they are dating, believe that it is all pushed by the companies to promote and for fanservice. If two people are shown to get interest of fans then the companies will push them to show interest or drama when a camera is on filming them. This goes for behind the scenes things as well.

I'm still reading it but so far I haven't noticed anything like that. Tho they did sleep together right around the first time they met and very early on in the show.
