omg finally i see someone commenting that didn’t like the male lead acting!! i couldn’t believe him at all. at some points i prefer mr. ye much more just because he acted better and i could believe more in him
the biggest complains i'm seeing for this second season around here has to be people compararing all the time the new season(like the side characters appearing too much, the pacing it's too slow, etc) with the first one, when it's another story that is being told. it's not to say that the critics don't have any merits, it's just that if you wanna the same thing just re watch season 1 instead. otherwise you will just end up frustrated. Plus i think this season is more realistic in the sense that changes takes time because the problems are systemic and involves a lot of variable with differents interests. Like last season Si Mok was almost too good to be true in trying to change a big problem/case, when in real life most of these people are cut of very early when they try to do that :/ Anyway, maybe I am also biased because I actually enjoy slow pacing with a lot of dialogues shows plus I work something like the prosecution in my country so seeing all the difference and getting to understand Sk's legal system is interesting for me.
English is not my first language, but I hope that there isn't any big mistakes with the writing. Can't wait for tomorrow eps tho! I am nervous and excited
I don't really mind age gaps when characters and actors are of age. however with every age gap I need the story…
i agree with you especially about the unmatched power dynamic and fetishizing as you put it. When actors are of age i almost can feel a bit relieved but even tho i don't like when the younger part is a female between 18-24, it's just sound a bit grooming and thinking you are more mature that you actually are to validated the relationship
I remember wanting to smack him several times in Season 1. Now (especially after watching Lee Joon Hyuk in 365:…
same! I think this time around he is trying to follow more his sunbaenim's dying words but still being his own character and knowing how to play the game. Also I think for seeing him on 365 it made me root more for him. He have a soft spot on me now lol
Is it just me that feel that those episodes seem short?
It seems short for me too, especially that I am used to it 1h:20min of duration of an eps in the kdrama land haha so far the longer episode was number 4 with 1h04min :~
god forgive me but my mind always slips to how hot lee joon hyuk is lmao
Same lol and he is such a great actor, I am also watching atm 365: repeat the year and his character is so different from seo dong jae but still very good and captivating. also hot af hahaha
Also as a law student the talk at the beginning of the eps was truly interesting to me. I don't remember they getting into details of the law last season how they are doing now
I agree. Didn't feel like watching more than 3 episodes.... Probably because I've watched Voice before, I couldn't…
You def. should continue, it keeps getting better and better. I never watched Voice, but I watched Signal that a lot of people also talks when commenting about Strangers, and even tho I loved Signal(the actors are amazing), I found this one better in the sense of the plot getting more and more deep and with a lot of plot twists and no flashback explaining everything like signal did. this shows doesn't dumbdown things and I loved that.
I am skeptical about starting this drama. I’m worried that it might be too dark and shocking for my taste. Any…
There are some shocking events but it's just because it shows the world and its worst. about triggers there are some murders, sexual assault to watch out for, but I still would recommend you watching because it's really clever the way the story is developed
this show was so good that I struggle with others shows because it's rare to find something so good all around. I want to watch others shows but I always give up after some episodes. I manage to watch Live and I thought it was very good. Anyone who also loved this show can rec others good shows to me, pls?

Also these eps are too short for me. I waited 3 years, I need more.
