Anna needs tremendous growth, first in accepting what she had done to that man and his daughter and then in redeeming herself before she can even begin to think of the two as her family.
Park needs to get away from both the women and stay alone for a bit. It's easy to see why he was tempted and the disaster waiting him if it continues.
It's a bit far-fetched to assume Park would react positively if he know who Anna is. Considering how the drama shows the struggles he faced in initial episodes, does it make sense he would be ok to be with Anna without the redemption ark for Anna?

YS being a bad wife and person does not make Anna a good choice. That's my point here. Park needs to divorce his wife, Anna needs to come clean before she starts seducing Park and so on.
The talk of 27 years is really really important. Life, unfortunately is not all above love. Responsibility assumed equal and at times a greater importance than love. Anna had love for Park but she shirked her responsibility and dumped them. YS and Park may not love each other but for 27 years they were responsible for each other.

I watched the first couple of episodes and formed my opinion.
He is not the CEO but son of the chairman or something similar. The premise is that he is a rich and well off guy.
It's the same pattern. FL gets dumped/cheated and the ML has the front row seat to spectate it. Care to guess how many Cdramas have this pattern? Almost 50% of romance Cdramas.
Would probably watch it once it's complete and if it has something different to offer. The comedy seems pretty good for the first 2 episodes though.
Except for minor character inconsistencies, this one was a decent romance/thriller/suspense drama.
the actor who plays the SML/Villian easily steals the show from start to finish. He was loathsome to watch and the actor nailed it.
ML carried the show for the good guys with 3 women who miraculously become stupid at critical times to sabotage ML efforts. FL minor inconsistency in not believing the ML was not appealing. They had gone through life and death situations and FL professed her love and trust in ML. Later she doubts him, which is definitely not consistent with the growth she had for 20+ episodes.
Apart from these minor inconsistencies, the show was solid on what it promised.
I think the most annoying is the chairman and DD's love saga, everyone else's is still tolerable. DD is too young…

We want our leads to go through hoops and earn their love. That makes for great drama. Viewers may hate the writers for this trope but this actually sells.

For every 10 crappy Cdramas, you find one that truly takes your breath away and surprises you in a way you thought would not be possible.
While western dramas are technically superior, Asian dramas tend to have much more character depth and surprise you in unexpected ways. I have not been surprised in a good way by western dramas or movies for a while now. That's not the case with Asian dramas.
To your larger point, lot of cdrama ML's come across as Androgynous. Most Cdrama ML's have similar looks and personality. It's practically the same role across Cdramas played by different Androgynous men. FL fare a lot better in terms of character and personality or even looks.
You do get tall FL, short ones, skinny ones, ones with bit of curves etc etc. The ML's are almost always thin, no facial hair, tall and have no muscles.
