The writer can easily show FL being very busy in city and hence no time for dating for FL.
The same writer can also show ML being in small town has loads of time and easy access to women for dating.

These dramas should show these ML's having good interactions with women, similar to how FL's have with other men. The interactions should be friendly, intimate and even casual sex, just like most FL's in most Kdramas have.

Most FL's in Kdramas are drunk & easy with men. That's how they are shown. They are very stern, careful and very conscious when interacting with women, unlike the FL's.

If what you are telling is remotely true, then the synopsis should read 'ML is the only man FL ever loved', instead of 'first love', just like how the synopsis says 'FL is the only woman ML loved'.
