Maybe it's just me but I keep thinking there's a slight resemblance with him and Yang Se Jong. They could even play brothers and it would be a great fit.
This drama deserves a higher rating if you ask me (at least 8.5). And those hesitating to watch, please go ahead and give it a chance. I'm gonna definitively miss this drama once it's done airing.
After the events so far up to ep 4, is it safe to say that Chanyeol's character is "alive" within the game? Him being the creator, he's probably way past many levels so I'm thinking the male lead could possibly meet him as he continues to play and reach higher levels. Idk just a theory
That last ep was great but all I'm currently worried about is... how will Sunny get her revenge if she is kicked out of the palace or loses her title as the empress (since they will blame her for the grandma's death). Cause it clearly looked that way in the previews. I guess I can't wait to see how this will be resolved. One more thing, Shin Sung Rok and Lee Elliya are playing their characters so well that I just wan to set them on fire already.
I'm not so sure how I feel about this drama, it's not bad but it also isn't that great imo but I keep watching it to see where its going. Or perhaps it's the beautiful cinematography that keeps me watching but the melancholic feeling I get from this drama can at times weigh my day down. It's a beautiful drama aesthetically but I'm not feeling the plot too much (yet) and the main leads, their chemistry feels forced or awkward at times (it just doesn't feel genuine but maybe that's just me). I can't say I have second lead syndrome since its only been like 5 eps but I find the relationship with the ex husband is something that interests me more.
This is my unbiased opinion, coming from someone who enjoys different genres. (I do have to add that the first thing I liked was the ending of ep 4, maybe that's what gave me some excitement and hope that this will get better. Also, regarding the actor who plays the ex husband, I was surprised to find out what his real age is, I thought he was around Park Bo Gum's age group.)
It's clearly fantasy anything goes so you have to keep an open mind and just wait until there's further explain as to why he has that ability. It will be revealed. This is basically what that other person was telling you but you were taking it too seriously and literally. This isn't a serious show at all
I loved this film but I really wish Soorin would have been 18+ in the end, that way a relationship between them would be a little more likely. Or that Sung Min had not aged this time around. Or if they had both been affected by the second egg... you get my point, haha
Something about this that I'm really not feeling although I loved the original film so much. I think it goes beyond the changes. Perhaps I should wait until this is completed and go from there.
