I usually don't watch Chinese dramas cuz of the censorship, is this one the same or is there some kind of relationship that's not disguised as a bromance.

Poor supressed Chinese gays, I hope for the day they can be publicly kinky!
fr i wish i could enjoy the chinses censored BL dramas but i need SOMETHING even just a Relationship conformation and a cheek kiss (or cuddling) is good enough
lowkey confused about who Tae Kyung is supposed to end up with? because the show makes it seem like it's Da On but everything I'm seeing online is stuff its Shin Woo. I personally ship Da On with Tea Kyung, but I'm still a bit confused about it.
Hahaha! I get what you mean about Japan: it's either something like "Kieta Hatsukoi"/"8.2 Byo no Hosoku" (not…
yeah... they didn't really leave anything to the imagination in that series. There is definitely a tasteful way to do those parts and I feel that Thailand bl and k-drama bl have that down but japan needs to study up.
Don't get me wrong, I liked the original Japanese version but It definitely wasn't all that great. I feel like Thailand could really do this drama justice because I feel there is a good ratio to steamy parts and cute, more normal plot-building parts, where as Japan it's either, you get MAYBE one hug or you just get a full-on show that looks like a porn director and writer did it.
While we're all cursing Cher Boss Gun is also to blame! Yes he speaks of how he loves Cher but when he's mom asks…
Though I think it was quite odd what they did, I don't think he acted heartless. I think that Cher broke up with Gun because he wanted to prove he was worthy of his love and that he was worthy of being his partner. They showed the one-on-one convo between Cher and Gun's mom and she said that Cher wasn't a good match for Gun and she wanted Gun to find someone more suitable for him. I think that Cher decided he wanted to be a good fit for Gun but he didn't think he was so he wanted to prove himself to both Gun and Gun's mom. Cher knew he couldn't tell Gun what happened because Gun wouldn't agree and would say that he was fine the way he was. Yes Cher did technically break up with Gun but he was going to go back to him after he graduated (which was how he was going to prove himself to Gun and Gun's mom.) So though what he did was kind of weird and a bit stupid, he did it because he cared about Gun and he wanted his and Gun's relationship to be accepted. So I think calling him heartless is a bit far, he did cry at one point, and he even talked to the damn picture he had of Gun. And I know from personal experience, that you don't have to cry and look miserable to be suffering. people deal with grief differently, he expressed that his happy place was when he was playing games so maybe that was his way of dealing with it. Yes, it's a typical BL trope of the breakup right at the end but there was an actual reason behind it. So i do not think Cher is heartless, though he is kind of childish and clueless at times.
thanks for the link :))
