It is a sad fact that asians, particularly japanese has a fault about "saving face." It is normal for Japanese who need help mentally, to totally deny they need help. So if they are not willing to help themselves because it will look bad, theres no way they will apologize for something they did bad.

Adding a few other points is, this drama is consistently hilarious, and light. I doubt anyone can go wrong with this drama.
My opinion is the script was perfect, but the drama had some flaws. So if i was reading that book, i would think its perfect. But the drama is close to perfect, and seriously underrated.
