The reason i come here is to voice out my opinion and views about kidnap series. That’s it. What does trending has to do with anything? Is that what you care about? You don’t care about ohm’s quality of work? You don’t care about how future directors and investor sees him? Can you argue without relating it to ohm’s ship?

No need to get aggresive over it 😅 I don’t care about ships, (i did write that i’m open to see ohm working with newbies as long as their talent could match up with ohm) all i care about is ohm working with an actor/actress that have the same or higher standard of acting skill as ohm is. Simple as that. 😌

Well, you gotta consider ohm’s acting caliber now with his standard now 😅 you gotta be joking right? I guess you are the type that care more about fan service than acting skill 🤷🏻 i personally wants ohm to be paired with someone who can match his acting skill.
Also, for a netflix series? most netflix non BL watcher will definitely compare leng with other actors in thai series that exist in netflix right now. And it’ll be harder to compete than in GMM pool. Therefore kidnap might lose netflix casual watchers because of leng.

I came here to give my opinion. So that other people who comes to MDL get both side of the spectrum. Not only just the opinion of the bias fans. It’s only fair that way isn’t it?
On who i reccomend ohm to act with? Many! Even in gmm itself, my first choice would be Nani. But if i’m the GMM executive and i could match anyone with Ohm regardless their existing CP, i would say Inn, Perth, and First. And also i would be open to newcomers who is not known in the industry to be paired with ohm, as long as he’s good in acting and can match ohm’s standard.
I suspect there must be nepotism or "buying the main character" it can't be a coincidence that there are so many…
That’s why i feel like audience needs to be more critical and stop glorifying bad acting and making excuses for these actors who are not good in acting. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for growth or improvement, but said actors needs to follow the ladder, starts from side character roles and work their way up, in order to get more experience and therefore improve their skills.
Kinda sad to see this forum mostly diluted ohm to become this “gay hunk” instead of his acting talent and the fact that ohm has to be paired with someone who is not up to his standard.
I was truly disappointed when i see Leng, as a male lead in this series, couldn’t match ohm’s acting level. Being a male lead is a responsibility. It’s not an excuse for him to not be able to at least match ohm’s standard. For those who says, “he’s new, let him grow.” Well, maybe starts with doing supporting role first? Instead of forcing himself to be a lead actor. Because at the end of the day he’s bringing down the whole series’ value.
