Basically, after he went back to his planet, he used a wormhole to get back to Earth quickly. According to Albert Einstein, wormholes is a tunnel in the galaxy connecting two locations---it is a SHORTCUT through space. The alien boy used this to teleport back and forth between his planet and Earth, but because it's such a hard thing to do, he has to keep transporting himself back and forth to get used to the process.
The alien boy couldn't do it before because he HAS to enter the wormhole via his planet, not Earth.
So yeah, he basically found a portal to Earth after he got back to his planet. But this portal takes a long time to get used to, so he appears and vanishes without a warning every time. This is actually kind of sad... This ending is not as happy as I hoped.

definitely my fav Japanese drama in the world. Two wounded and not-quite-sane people decide to adopt master-pet relationship, and it's not in a disturbing way either! I loved the manga it was based on as well. <3

nope, the ratings all naturally decrease eventually. It's actually normal for good dramas that have just ended to have a bit of rating-inflation after the first few months that it ended. (just look at Rooftop Prince for an example.)
Everything adjusts itself with time, though. :-) KMHM will probably end up around 8.9 in five or six months after getting exposed to a wider audience.
I really love how in this story I really never knew who the girl would end up with until last couple of episodes. This drama is filled with angst and the love triangle is pretty intense, but I loved the main female character. She has some weak moments, but she is one manipulative, intelligent, and selfish woman--AND I LOVE IT. <3 She is such a complex character I'm in love once again with Barbie.
woah... this completely took me by surprise. I didn't expect to enjoy a time-travelling drama this much after the beautiful MLFAS (my love from another star.)
I didn't like this one as much as I thought I would ( I was on a Ji Sung movie/drama marathon), but the three main characters were all portrayed splendidly by their respective actors! I love Ji Sung and Joo Ji Hoon!

I think if you just concentrate on the drama and ignore what they have said, you'll have a decent experience with the drama, even if you don't like some aspects of it. :-)
MDL really needs to take care of these troll 1 ratings in Healer and KMHM.
I agree. But is it just me or is KMHM suffering the worse of the stick. I love both of these dramas, and I find it disturbing that some people would be so extreme.
I can't rate this any more than a 1 at the MOST, our main lead violent man beater uses violence at any given chance…
