I was thinking the same thing before watching it. I didn't think i can manage to watch a kdrama with that many episodes. But i decided to give it a try and ended up binge watching it in less than a week. lol It's definitely worth checking out.
I really want to watch this because of actor Yoo Ah In, but it's not available on Netflix India...
If you don't have a vpn to gain access to Netflix from other countries (although i don't know if it's available anywhere atm), then perhaps you can watch it on other websites like viki, kissasian etc?!
They could've focus a Little bit in a romance with the granddaughter and chae rok
But thankfully they didn't. No need to force romance (or focus on it) in every single tv series. There are so many kdramas (pretty much the majority) out there full of it, it's ok (or even great) to have some without it.
An amazing end to an amazing show. I'm glad I watched this when it aired, even though waiting a week for new episodes…
I couldn't see it in the "coming this/next week" sections but when i searched for it i found it and added it to my list (that was yesterday and it said that it'd be released on Sunday). But now it's gone. ._. wth...
I regret not watching this earlier. I've had it in my ptw for a while now. I rly enjoyed it, from beginning to end! It was pretty heartwarming & I rly liked their friendship! Wish we had more series like this one.
There's nothing typical about this drama lmao it in fact avoids almost every cliched trope that are present in…
Tbf i never said it's a typical drama. Just that i noticed a trope that's been kind of a trend (& overused) in kdrama-land for a while now. Sometimes it's used properly. Others, not so much. But it's good to know that it's not full of cliches. Will check more eps when i can.
Keep watching! It isn't as typical or lazy as it seems, it really helps to build the plot and character arcs!
Didn't rly think it's lazy, i've only watched the first ep anw. Just an overused trope in general. But it''s ok when it's used properly. Will watch a few more eps when i can!
Just finished watching it. It was really heartwarming! I've had it in my ptw list for a while now, i'm glad i finally decided to watch it. Good acting & plot. Personally i have no complaints.
Oh...Yet another kdrama where the main characters know each other since they were kids?! How original~ Wonder when will they get tired of using that trope. Anw, glad to see Nana in a kdrama again.
Another beautiful episode! I can't believe i've loved every single episode up until now. Can't wait to watch the rest. Hope they keep up the good work and we get quality eps til the very end.
PS. Yes, i cried once again. ㅠㅠ One moment i'm crying the next i'm laughing. Such a good series!
I've loved pretty much every moment up until ep8. (This is rly rare for me since i get rly irritated watching most series.)I rly hope they keep up the quality til the very end and not mess it up as it happens with many other series.I rly love the theme and the dark vibe! Watching an interesting series for once, in a sea of average (or below average) ones is like a breath of fresh air.Counting down the days til we get the next ep~
Ok so it wasn't as good as i expected. The cast did a good job. But other than that... around ep. 8-9 it got so boring imo, that i forced myself to watch to the very end. If i didn't like the cast i might've dropped it. I feel like the story was executed poorly in general. It was rly draggy and half of the episodes felt never ending. Also the ost at times felt rly off? It was kinda anticlimactic? There were moments that seemed rather dumb to me but i guess u cant avoid those, gotta have those cliche plot devices...As for the bloody scenes(being mentioned by others), there was a decent amount of them. Even though it's fine by me, perhaps it's not for ppl who feel uncomfortable with such scenes. Also ppl getting stabbed left and right but somehow being able to keep fighting without a problem or recovering rly fast afterwards like... that plot armor was thick af. Such a shame rly. Ps.not sure if i should mark this comment as spoiler!? I don't think i mentioned sth too specific?
It's definitely worth checking out.

PS. Jung Hye is such a cute cinnamon roll!
It looks promising. Looking forward to the next ep!

Such a good series!
