But how to explain those ongoing dramas having 10k watchers are also getting 7.6-7.8? In the past, even less popular good dramas could get high ratings. A good rating system should reflect quality not the popularity.

Romcom is more popular internationally but many dramas having top rating and winning big awards are not romcoms. TF is more family plus business drama, imo not difficult to get double digits. Based on the trailer if the drama looks promising then I will watch, as a viewer I just care about the quality it finally delivers not the popularity.
