Thats a very complicated answer cuz there are many types of Omegaverse lol basically in our world we have female and male, in Omegaverses there are Alpha, Beta and Omega, both females and males, ABO are the "second sex" that someone has. Alphas are the "dominent" sub-sex while Omegas are the more "passive" sub-sex, with Betas being our "normal". It's very based on the Animal World, mainly wolves, were there is a pack and the Alpha wolf protects the Omega wolves and like the animals, in Omegaverse we have the "smell" of someone that can be a Alpha or Omega, FOR SMUT/PORN it can mean that someone (usually an Omega) is on heat and gets horny. IF WE GO A LITTLE FURTHER we can get to Mpreg tropes (Male pregnance) since in this type of universe Omegas (including Omega males) and female Betas can get pregnant (how the baby is conceived and delivered depends on how explicit the writer gets, most Omegaverse fanfics I read the baby is conceived and delivered anally OR Omegas males are intersex - have female and male organs)

Definally there's someone else in the island, otherwise how Plato could have been killed with 2 more throat slits, but what if it's not alive. What if the island is like part of the AHS lore and if someone dies there, their spirit gets trapped in the island.

It's kinda of a long shoot but with Lyla showing up everywhere and with some scenes from the teaser, could be it

I have a theory that I'm going to post on spoilers

- First, Sonar’s hair is a diferent color, in the teaser she has brown hair in the island (same clothes as present)
- There’s this shot of something catching fire in the water with Ken, Fone and Dan (with their present clothes, Fone’s eye is fine) looking at it, the next shot it’s them on that order in the front and the rest of the group behind them (Lilly is besides Dan)
- Dan’s death is at night besides the fire, but the weapon is still a rock
- I don’t know if it’s Gel or Lyla, but someone attacks Lilly, who is covered in dirty/blood
- Bew goes after Ken besides the fire, Dan is with him
- Ken passed out in the water with Plato holding him and screaming (from the last ep, we know it doesn’t happen)
- Sonar is the one who loses her fingers
- Lilly full on Carrie White crying covered in blood

Somethings I notice is that the teaser (from 4 months ago) and the trailer (from 3 weeks ago) tell 2 different stories. In the teaser there are scenes that doesn’t happen in the series (idk if the filmed the teaser first and we only keep some scenes from it. I know it happens in Thailand), but at the same time there are scene in both.
