this is so funny to me considering the latter couple spend most of their screentime drawing a line and ignoring each other

I'm waiting for this to be released to read the adaptation cuz i don't want to have high expectations for this drama.. feel like imma have to wait a long time

The rain scene reminded me of she was pretty.. i don't remember this trauma being a thing in the web novel, was it added?

I always wish in those type of stories that there would be a bit more of screentime when they go back to their original world but nevertheless i'm still happy that it didn't end like moonlovers.
Everyone was so stupid in this drama it was so funny, the two subordinates really cracked me up. Also the ML was really cute, his smile was so contagious. I had fun watching this

The second female character is so adorable, i love her. Actually i find all the characters in this show very likeable, which isn't something that happens often to me. Even ha-ri colleagues are so funny.

I like that they don't drag the whole thing, in those types of dramas they usually reveal the whole thing around the end and it's really frustrating. Even the fact that kang tae moo knows lasted for only an episode, i thought they would have kept the lil revenge thing for some more episodes and i'm glad they didn't. It's really a drama that i enjoy

So basically more than half of the episodes are used to mainly build the relationship with the second male lead and it's only after 30 episodes that the FL realizes that this guy isn't actually her main love interest... I thought that, since there are only 10 episodes left it would be used to strenghten the relationship betwen the 1rst ML and FL since she realized he was the right one but no? she actually keeps distancing herself from him because he "took advantage of her" which is imo kind of hypocritical of her cuz since the beginning she avoided him and only came to him or called him out when it was convenient to her.
I love the actress but its a shame the character is so irritating and selfish, I have 6 episodes left and she hasn't made any improvements. she hasn't even expressed any gratefulness for all the time the ML went to save her, it's hard to keep watching..

I like that the story gives me TGCF vibes tho

The way the love curse marks didn't disappear + all the misunderstandings abt xuan ji liking someone else (flower + the wedding stone) and yet si feng was still like "i don't care about all those things i will only believe her words".. and when he saw himself getting killed by her countless times during his past lives and was like "it's all in the past it doesn't matter"..

He never doubted her during those misunderstandings, he is truly best man! he doesn't deserve all the things he's going through. I'm not even done with the series yet but i'm really getting frustrated with how many times he's getting hurt...

I like that they show him liking ha-ri too. I thought during the footages he recognized her but now i guess he was looking at her like that because he appreciated her and her work and that's why he wanted to use the behind the scenes footages (where she was the only one appearing in lol).

Second couple is XNY and LYR

Yes sort of, there's no kiss but they like each other and it's obvious in the end that they will start a relationship in the future

I like that the 2nd FL, even though she was quite obsessive, didn't try to ruin the FL or her relationship with the ML bc of jealousy like it often happens in other dramas. She actually admired the FL and i think this is wholesome. Same with the 2nd male, they weren't disrespectful or toxic, they were cute!

Thanks i think i will read it then. I started reading tgcf and realized it's the same author and i'm absolutely enjoying it so i'm planning to read everything from that person now haha

fell in love with that drama, the actors are also very lovable. i wonder if reading the novel is worth it, i mean if there's more things than in the drama or if some things are explained more clearly, for example I don't know if i missed it but i don't recall a moment that explained why lan zhan had the same burn scar on his chest as wei wuxian and i kept waiting for an answer til the end but nothing :( I'll definitely watch the animated version tho

the humour is so dumb but that's the thing i love about this series. I'm currently watching the korean version but it feels so bland to me compared to this one.
