Ratings are not based on (future) star power........ viewers must not've enjoyed the story
Yeah, Ji Hoon gained wide breakthrough recognition as an actor with Weak Hero Class 1 (and previously came on people's radar with the smaller budget drama, At a Distance spring is Green ). Both of which are post Flower Crew.
BWS is only recently trending now due to Lovely Runner (and got on a few people's radar in the total flop Strong Woman sequel).
Seo Ji Hoon has a long dedicated fanbase but he's largely still unknown to the average person.
Of these three only Park Ji Hoon has real (high acting awards) star power at the moment (with the new box office hit The King's Warden).
Lastly, even the most famous critically acclaimed cast cannot save every script.
