Hi!!! finally you got here ^^ anyway..eps 18-23 definitely can make you frustration.. hang on...
this drama already ended..

I think the wow moment in eps 24.. ^^ favourite side character will be reveal in later episode if you continue that drama..

there also scene never explain, when haochen destroy the glass flower (forgot the name) and he change with his flower.. I think that flower bloom because he has a feeling for her..but because he never admitted he has a feeling, so the flower is turn into ashes..
I also think haochen has a feeling with GoW but his feeling with xuanji is little bit awkward..like you said..maybe his possessive make him act that way..
Sifeng also ask him in heaven about haochen's feeling..but he still being arrogant..
