is it good tho actors looks like know what they acting? they may looks awkward if don't understand each other in scene

one thing is to forget traumatic events, other is to implement false memories 🤣 how it's possible, thought his brother knows he wasn't kidnapped and their parents order them to hide it for company sake or he just do it out of spite. it make no sense

I started to think story going downhill around mid, but when she doesn't even hesitate on their relationship when he lose money/job position I know it's going to be one of the kind ending 9/10!

ok things sort out faster then I thought, maybe thx to not stretching to 16eps. I think it's first drama ever where main couple choose love above carer/money/duty/fate, they have each other back first other things deal later. It's really breath of fresh air, with more relationships was shown that way, second lead couple was little disappointing, so overall 9/10

Shame they didn't talk like on couple therapy. She said her main problem was not his lie about age, but that she couldn't rely on him. Now she learnt she could, yet decide to walk away. His self worth was destroyed by her that time yet he recognised she appreciated him now, and he willing to let it go. Like he said he worked to change when she doesn't. Despite she thinks he like about how he was too he doesn't, so wonder why he thinks he hurt her more in past. He was more mature in that episode, throwing him away just because bad memory is little disappointing.

after ep8 someone can explain second female lead psychology? for sure she is divorced and said don't want dates, then suddenly claimed she only wanted serious dates and test if second male lead is willing to reject her having offered her body. if he wouldn't be helplessly in love with her should reject her for real, as he was the one providing his intentions and she rejected him for no reason, also proving she I willing to sleep with someone not loving him (exactly what she accusing SML) idk second lead relationship is so random and barebone

and despite comments it's just ok, one thing this drama doing extraordinary - hesitation/downtime in relationship of main leads comes form external pressures, not mixed feelings, love triangle, misunderstanding etc it's very enjoyable to watch (half through so far)

only totally garbage drama here get below 7, and this one starts awesome

awesome start FL is such role model ^^ sweet looks and badass behaviour, on other hand expected second FL will be reversed - badass look but sweet personality, turns out to be one night stand women :/ hope they develop her character further

writers don't give her a chance xd and they was so cruel with next 7eps more fighting between main couple xd. Looks like miss Gu 'persona' as FL is in 'the long ballad' so I'm gonna watch it next

For me 'chemistry' based of position/role/fate that creates distance and tension isn't as interesting as intimacy in everyday interactions and devotion to each other. Coming to conclusion that k-drama have it less tha c-drama. From k-drama: Touch your heart, lovley runner are good examples and from c-drama: The best thing, hidden love. Falling into you and will love in spring have amazing hugging/kissing scenes despite rocky relationships.

more painful than boring, setting was quite interesting/nostalgic for someone growing in 90' but yeah secondary cast shine more than main

I think point of this drama is experiencing doomer pain growing up in 90' :/

I'm on 29ep and it's first drama where I grow to hate idea of main couple ending together...they started so well, but constant chase and mind games broke their trust, care about each other save situation for a moment but her demanding what he need to do with his life is deal-breaker. all those comments on he is selfish and she wants goodness of kingdom xd it's only her vision and she doesn't care what he wants. being capable doesn't put burden of obligation on us. also argument about being safer on throne is ridiculous, he will face constant overthrown attempts when on border nobody will care about him. at this point he will be better with second lead miss Gu

she is back to acting? thought after stroke she will take very long break recovery
