I also feel bad for Ji Zhi Jie I mean, this man deserved love too, but the writernim made it seem like the FL only loved him when it was already too late. Damn, I’m getting emotional again and still thinking about the ending. I should probably rewatch but only the sweet romantic scenes I’m definitely skipping the angst this time, lol sorry for venting.
It ended unhappily, and I lowkey hate the writer of this drama, how did they make the FL this damn annoying? I know the ML ain’t innocent either, but he still didn’t deserve that kind of ending. I’m not sure about all the details, but what I do know is they were still filming when the scandal popped off, so the whole thing got paused until further notice.
I totally get why the whole thing ended up freezing like that, I’ve followed Boah for so long and she’s always been solid and drama-free, so seeing this project stuck hits in a completely different way, n since I’ve been rooting for her since Surplus Princess, all I’m hoping now is that every bit of effort she poured into Knock Off comes back to her in the best way possible.
