As a massive fan of the manhwa I desperately wanted this drama to be good. I think the drama was excellently casted especially Park Hae Jin as Yoo Jung, I honestly think there is no one else who can play this part other than him. However I am disappointed that true to a lot of reviews, despite the fantastic start, the drama turns to crap at roughly the halfway mark. The PDs decide to focus the story on In Ho instead of its lead (Yoo Jung) who not only is the lead mind you, but also by far a much more interesting character. It goes as far as giving keys scenes to the secondary character which deviates completely from the original source. This continues all the way till the end leaving viewers like myself with a dissatisfying ending.
It pains me to say this but to be honest I can not recommend this drama to fans and non-fans alike. Please, if you're looking for an interesting story I highly recommend everyone to just go read the manhwa, as a bonus the artwork is very nice and unique too.
Can my love for SJK and SHK overcome my disdain for writer Kim Eun Sook for me to give this drama a go? Ah, the dilemma. From the comments it seems to be a fairly even split, which makes my decision even harder.
The plot synopsis reminds me of an old HK TVB drama, I think it's called "To Get Unstuck in Time". Anyone…
Thanks for your reply! I've head lots of good things about this drama and now hearing from you that the plots are not that similar I'm definitely going to give this drama a try now.

Ji Sung should've won best actor.
Shine or Go Crazy should've won best Sageuk.
Disappointed Punch isn't mentioned but I guess it's a popularity/international appeal thing.
Surprised that Pinocchio is not mentioned because this seemed to be a popularity vote.
Though overall I'm fairly satisfied with these results. Let's hope to another great kdrama year in 2016!
This outcome was not unexpected the only thing unexpected was how long it took to get here. I am saddened by this case because I did wanted to see justice be served to the guilty party, but I'm sure karma will work its way to them. I am bitterly disappointed by the attitude of the media and PSH's fans; poorly published reports containing false and misleading info by the media and disgusting behavious of some fans. I am also saddened by the fact that I now see an actor I enjoyed watching as a massive jerk/douchebag, whether he did or did not commit the crime, there should be some serious moral issues to consider here with sleeping with a person over 10years your junior after your first meeting.
Having loved the Korean version, I was really looking forward to the Japanese remake. However, I was bitterly disappointed and couldn't even force myself to finish. Why? Because the Japanese version totally stripped away most of the humour and comedy from the original. I was sitting there staring at the computer screen waiting for something that'll make me laugh like how I laughed whilst watching the Korean version. Props to the 2nd male lead in the ver. being less of a stalker than Younghwa was and Takimoto is a far better singer than Park. I also wholeheartedly agree that HongKi's Jeremy character was far superior. I also extremely distracted by Yuta's angrily plucked eyebrows, they're so disturbing to say the least.
I am however looking forward to the Taiwanese remake because I recognise a lot of the actors playing secondary roles, so I'm excited to see their performance and Jiro's.
You forgot the excessive and frequent appearance of DONUTS in The King 2 Hearts for the first couple of eps. Seriously, I thought Dunkin' Donuts had no shame ><;;

Excessive product placement in Nice guy/Innocent Man made me sometimes feel that the drama was just one very very long CF lol.

Anyways, anytime I see these product placements in dramas it just makes me think of Anthony from The King of Dramas (haha!)

Its strange because I was also lead to believe that there are laws in Korea that prevent them from showing products on screen for more than 5% of airtime. Running Man has been fined a fair few times because of this. Confusing.
Disappointed in the Korean list: Ha Ji Won+Lee Seung Gi (The King2Hearts), Yoon Eun Hye+Gong Yoo (Coffee Prince), Yoon Eun Hye+Joo Ji Hoo (Goong) not making the list is ridiculous!!! Heck, Kim Sun Ah+Hyun Bin (My Name is Kim Sam Soon) made a better couple than the mess Secret Garden was (this is an unpopular opinion though).
I agree wholeheartedly with the other 2 lists, though I admittedly I am sad not to see Barbie Hsu+Vic Zhou (MARS) on the Taiwan list.
And coincidentally, the Japan list consists of 3 of my top 5 favorite Japanese dramas!
