this was a messy ride... felt like the writer brainstormed ideas, and used all of them! there were so many unnecessary plots in only 13 episodes... that aside, it was a fun watch. There were so many silly moments and it made me genuinely laugh. And the actors were brilliant! So, if you want to watch a fun drama without thinking too much about the plot, I would definitely recommend this one!
what are you talking about, no evil in laws? the ML family is the only reason thereβs drama. terrible parents…
I was talking about stereotypes that we always see in dramas. like the mother who offers the girl money to stay away from the guy. that's the kind of evil in law I meant
I don't know why it took me so long to watch this! I agree that some people might think it's overrated, because there's nothing much going on, but that's what I liked about it! there are no evil in laws, no random crime happening in the back, no sudden accident or disease, no annoying 2nd leads, no out of nowhere breakups... it's just life happening! And I really enjoyed that! And most of the characters were really fun to watch ππ
This drama was a great journey! I loved the characters, their chemistry and their dynamics together! But what really made me binge watch it without feeling bored was it's consistency! Everyone's motives are well explained, there are no plot holes, and even the ones that are convinient have a believable explanation! There is character development without drastic personality changes. I really liked that they took the time to show us all of the flashbacks in chronological order at the end, and that they went back to places and side characters from the beginning, just to close the plot! Overall, it felt like watching real people (ignoring the fact that we're talking about spirits and immortals π€£π€£) with real personalities and real life goals! Unfortunately, that's something we don't see in a lot of dramas, so it was really pleasing for me to watch ππππ
I am so happy to see that you took time to read my review.Lol, i wrote it with passion. I am and was obsessed…
Yeah, I already watched love is sweet, maybe 2 years ago, that's why I went to rewatch some scenes to remember it ππ since they had to cut the drama short, it would be awesome if they released some of the cut scenes of TTEOTM βΊοΈβΊοΈ

IKR??!! So many good characters died, why did they leave bitch-ang alive? π And I totally agree with the open happy ending!! Why would they show that specifical ending scene if it wasn't? π€π€π€ I'd love to watch another drama with the two of them! I went back to rewatch some clips of love is sweet, because of TTEOTM, and like πππ
Amazing review! You said it all!!! I could feel your every word! πππBTW, You had me on the "chemistrying" part π€£π€£ and I love to know the community nicknamed 2nd FL bitch-ang!!! It suits her perfectly π€£π€£π€£π€£The way you ended your review had me like π₯²π₯²π₯²
My thoughts exactly!! Just finished watching it and couldn't agree more with you! Overall it was a waste of budget and potential (and a waste of time for the viewers -.-)
Same here. If Cha Dal Geon DID'T SEE Jerome at the Morocco Airport, what was going to happen ???
The point is: there is no point!! it was just a random plot twist they decided to insert last minute, because there wasn't enough plot twists already!! XD (ps: I'm sorry for this super late reply :P)
Same here. If Cha Dal Geon DID'T SEE Jerome at the Morocco Airport, what was going to happen ???
If he didn't see Jerome nothing would happen and we wouldn't have a drama to watch, cause everyone would just assume that the plane crash was an accident xD
It was such a waste of time omg! It looks like it was written by a 10 year old kid!! -.- No plot, no story, no character development, nothing!! Just pure show-off of CGI skills... I mean, if there wasn't going to be any romance, why include it in the first place? OK, we get that being in love was his motivation to go there, but that's it? And than what? Lots of alien robots invading, plan a, b a c failing, everyone dyes... Oh sorry, not everyone. Luhan survives, even though his drone explodes inside the spaceship!!! Oh, and can someone explain to me, why in year 2035 with all the technology they're using, his cellphone is not touch screen and there's no single new car in the streets? Like, everyone is driving 20y old cars?? XD OK, now I'm being picky, maybe, but I'm really sorry I could like this movie, because it could be good... If someone gave it a thought...
I understand it when people say that's nothing really happening in this drama and I think that's completely fine!It is supposed to be a light and cute drama about young adults living their life, normally, falling in love, going to class, going to work, having fun... And that's nothing wrong about it! Because that's what it is. :D I only watched a few episodes and I'm loving it! It is super refreshing and it puts a smile on my face, after a long tiring day of dealing with some difficult people at work xD
Okay I Just finished episode 18 and I must say this: if you're gonna break up after 18 episodes, why the hell did you fall in love so fast??!!! This drama is 32 episodes long for God's sake!!!
Okay, bye :*
