If you ever want to know what it's like to go to an idol live in Japan, this drama depicts the experience perfectly. I am an overseas idol fan who travels to Japan a couple times per year (pre-covid) just to see my idol group perform. This drama captures what its like to be sucked deep into the fandom. It starts out innocently, but before you know it, you get sucked into a group of other fans and that's it, you're in.

A lot of the situations and problems that happen in this drama are accurate. There are fans who spend too much money, there are idols who get jealous when their fans talk to other girls, the connections between fans and idols can become extremely complicated. The story finale was a bit stretched, but the rest of it was very accurate.

I was a little skeptical to watch this, I wasn't sure how idol fans would be portrayed, but I'm glad I watched it as I haven't been able to travel to Japan since covid and this drama brought back so many good memories and emotions for me.

I highly recommend you give this drama a watch.

lol that's awesome. Yeah she's my oshi, it's sad she's graduating though. I watched the last election and I had this terrible feeling she would graduate, I was right.

I just uploaded ep 6. The problem is that the subbing group who's doing this drama also subs like 20 other AKB shows, so the going is slow. I'm glad you like the drama though.

Meh, some people like this, some people like that, and some people like both. I prefer to let people be happy with what they like.

Well, if you aren't into action dramas I suppose it isn't so good. But, seeing that the target audience is male, and the lead is wearing a small tank top while she kicks butt...I'd say it isn't too bad. Now if it was a romance drama, then yeah the name would be terrible.
