Why was this storyline so frustrating and unsatisfying? I was rooting for those two the whole time, but they had it so hard the whole time. They could never catch a break for more than 2 seconds before another crisis appeared. And they both had to have a crappy ending? If the point was to let us know that if we find drugs, even if our family is dying, we must hand them over to the police, I feel like that could have been a video on the police social media. So much stress with hardly any payoff.
