I agree...generally it was okay, i felt it went a bit too serious after being all slapstick comedy for the most part of the movie. Meh oh well, it's makes for a more interesting convo when you can't agree on something anyway :p lol i swear i had that song ringing in my ear for the next couple of days >.<

yh i stuck with just reading the ep recaps this week, all we got apparently was Gil Da Ran finally coming to terms with being a paedo, and a big ol' kiss with Gong Yoo. i'll just stick with watching the last ep, i honestly can't believe these are the same writers who have some really good rom coms under their belt...they must've eaten something or they've been invaded by aliens.

I haven't watched the Disney vers. of Mulan...i know 0_0 but i totally loved the movie, she made filial piety look fun...same time i did shed a few tears, especially towards the end, i was like that's how you replay her?! really? take away the guy she loves after having saved your dumbass and being betrayed by the crap-ass help you gave. Her lame reward was forgiveness...pft:/ woah i had no idea jackie chan's son was in the movie...he was cute though, always getting bullied in to helping Mulan.

Lol no worries...i watched the 1st ep of HK Tw...was epic sh*t...Chen Ella annoyed the living day lights out of me...and Wu Chun can't act to save his life...he only has like 3 facial expressions- i'm so stoically hot; i'm so stoically angry; and oh sh*t i can't think of another face so i'll do a combination of the above two >.<

Yh Goo Hye Sun is just...there isn't a word to describe her awkward acting...actually she kinda reminds me of Kristen Stewart...so awkward you want to hide just to avoid the situation :/

And the ssanti dances...i don't get the point. I'm pretty sure some of the idols even feel uncomfortable showing that side to themselves. I don't know sometimes it kind of just reminds me of the bad side to the entertainment industry, having to do things that don't necessarily reflect the best side of you but being forced to do it, in order to stay relevant. Hell maybe I'm just putting a damper on something that's just normal, but meh maybe i'll give it another go sometime later.

I don't know something bothers me about variety shows...i don't particularly find the jokes funny, like the slapstick/toilet bowl humour. Take Kim Shin Yong for e.g. most of her jokes are about her weight...sure it can be amusing to a point, but it doesn't really make me want to laugh.

Lol I so agree with you, why do i even have to know the proper speech, but written language usually crops up in that tone...so you have to get somewhat accustomed to it if you're reading it...plus my aunt speaks like that so if i don't understand something i look like the biggest idiot :/

Oh and just in case someone hasn't warned you... i think she does phone sex talk (is that even what you call it q_q)as an occupation at the beginning of the movie...oh and that flippin' Ave Maria song NEVER stops playing >_<

Yh I know super long...I've never watched anything that long either, but I started watching it since the pilot aired, it's not as hard as you think. Only 2 eps a week really, and it's sorta like a light family sitcom.

I guess I do watch TW dramas...not as often as KR though...lol I guess we share the same opinion on the woman who shall not be named. I was looking forward to that series, what with Jiro in it. But I caught glimpses of the J vers and it wasn't really my thing.

Currently not much, just one airing drama- unexpected you, which hasn't disappointed me thus far and it has like 50 eps. As for Big I put that on hold, i might even skip this weeks eps, just 'cause i don't have the patience to watch the female lead procrastinate over whether she wants to be paedophile or not...well the character is turning 19 so maybe the writers are waiting for a birthday and voila they'll have a plan B in order to avoid a scandal. Wbu?

Lol I find the same thing as well, there's also some of the diction they use that's slightly different from the village speech that I'm used to, so I have to listen extra carefully and work out what it means juts from context :/

I totally get what you mean. I can't seem to get as pulled in to movies as I do with dramas. I guess it could be due to the fact that you only have like just over an hour or so to get attached to the characters and then bam it's over...i definitely prefer dramas over movies.
