I just finished the drama, but I cant understand how he can get his oldself? Can someone share your thoughts?
Just my thoughts, but I think he got back to his younger self because he desperately craved for a second chance at life, he thought his life would be way better had he been able to become a basketball player. So at first that was his focus when he became an high school student once again. But then he got distracted by his kids, and realized what he really wanted now was to be with his children and his family. When he told Da-jung in ep16 that he was happier raising the kids rather than playing basketball, he got back his old self because he no longer needed his younger self. Realizing that he didn't "waste" his life with Da-jung and the kids, but that he got a good life he's happy and proud of, he got back to his normal self.
