ML is a manw0re who has been with multiple women before and has had a romantic relationship with his sister in…
I think you've mistaken this dreama for another. There's no sister in law, and there's no other female he was interested in or ever even seen with. There isn't even a second FL. The ML is only interested in the FL from start to finish.
I hate watched this from ep4 onwards. It didn't get much better until the very last few scenes. Pretty sure you could drive a Boeing through some of the plot holes.
If you're looking for a romantic drama with a mature lead that also revolves around cooking, go watch Dating In The Kitchen. The story may not be much, but at least the food visuals are better, and it's free on Tencent's YouTube channel.
EDIT: For those who don't want to sit through 24 episodes, the movie adaptation This Isn't What I Expected is even better: with less drama, more romance, and a less obvious age gap.
Far from my favourite show, but definitely Suho's best acting to date! While I still believe he thrives in theater, he has definitely improved when it comes to dramas.
I'm watching it at the moment. Started last night, binged 11 episodes, and I'm not usually a fan of Chinese dramas.…
I'm finished and I quite liked it. There's no typical love triangle, though there is a scheming mother in law. However, it's a happy end. Both male and female characters were reasonable, there wasn't a lot of fighting or breaking up, so, yeah. To me it didn't feel like I was watching 40 episodes, more like I was watching 20.
can someone spoil it for me, how does the story goes? is it flash back to the past to show how their loveline…
I'm watching it at the moment. Started last night, binged 11 episodes, and I'm not usually a fan of Chinese dramas. Both acting and the translations are good, so that helps. Flashback happens in small doses, like one piece of puzzle in every episode. Some are important, some are skippable. There's some indication of a love triangle happening soon, but I don't see the FL being tempted by it...Chemistry is great. Both ML and FL characters are complex, so I don't know yet if it will become tiring to follow them over time.
This BETTER BE well-written, tired of dramas having interesting plot, casting, visuals etc. but then bad to mediocre…
Same here. Business Proposal was the last drama I rated with a 9, and that was - what, a year ago? Can't even remember the last time I rated something a 10...
I don't know who this show was made for or what's so good about it. I'm halfway through it, and I still hate each and every character. Why do we have to suffer through five episodes in hopes that it "gets deep an interesting later on"? Just make it interesting from the start, who's got that much time to waste? I wish I would've dropped it on episode one.
This was just stupid. The male lead is absolutely incompetent in all aspects of life, and the female lead is the definition of cringe. And they're both emotionally stunted. I got second-hand embarrassment watching this.
I couldn't agree more. the FL was a disaster and if that was my friend or wife or work partner, I would have dumped…
Oh, if you think you haven't liked what you've seen so far, just wait for ep 22, it has a special treat waiting for you.
It's a happy ending, I just really wasn't on board with how she treated him, and to this day don't understand why he ever forgave her. And her apology was just "ugh". Throw the whole thing away.
Does anyone have any information on the opening song? It's not on the official soundtrack, and the only thing I know is that it's sung by Lim Ji Eun. I've looked for it anywhere, no luck. Has it even been released??

Definitely not watching this ever again.
