As long as it's her own decision and it's what she really wants, I will fully support her decision! Every now and then you see news where the actress/female idol quits their career almost immediately after announcing marriage or giving birth and that always makes me frown and wonder if it's what they really want. But it's not the case with Horikita, they've been married with child for some time already, so I'm sure she'll be happy with her choice!
Nobuta wo Produce was my first ever drama I saw, and now that Shuuji and Akira are reuniting it's sad that she's quitting! I wish her all the best ♥
I've seen all of these except for Kimiuso and Omukae desu and I've read the mangas for Orange, Strobe Edge and some of Sukitte ii na yo (got bored of it after a while) and plan to read Heroine Shikkaku at some point. I think shoujo manga adaptations and their quality depend HUGELY on the script and directing instead of its lead actors. I've come to like Yamazaki a lot, but while I love Orange and Heroine Shikkaku a lot, I found Wolf Girl and Black Prince forced and LDK was a bore. Sukitte ii na yo was kinda okay, but I hated Strobe Edge (i loved the manga too much i guess) Gotta add that I really dislike Fukushi Shota though so I guess I shouldn't be one to say :P
totally agree with Heroine Disqualified! i haven't read the manga, but even though i wanted her to end up with Rita, i just kept thinking that Kosuke is such a great person and he deserves no heartbreak :( i also want to add Asuko March! i kept rooting for Tamaki all the way 'till the end of the show!
I haven't seen Nagase in too many things, but I like him nevertheless. Tiger and Dragon has been on my plan-to-watch list for a long time already! Also very excited about TYTD! Also, your praise for Kurokouchi has gotten me interested, gotta go add that to the plan-to-watch list~ Thank you for a great article!
