I like historical dramas for the reasons you mentioned above, which is why I love watching them. Settings, costume, styling, etc. always elevate a show when done right and tastefully, and SoYP was just so delightful to watch because it was such a feast for my eyes🥹🥹

The show is my literal Roman Empire; I think about it every day at least once a day. The rewatch is imminent I fear🤭

ofc they can drag in the first half😅 it’s true that the second part of a show messes up sometimes but i’ve seen enough shows that generally felt super long from start to finish because of the episode length

I love how despite the length of the episodes each week, the show has not dragged yet. I'm usually not crazy about almost 90 minutes/epsiode, but some shows need and use the time well. And QoT is one of those shows. Sometimes, 75 minutes feels soooo long but ep3 being 82 (or so) minutes long felt so short. Can't wait to catch up on ep4🥹🤭

I'm on episode 6, and I do understand where Yu Rim is coming from, but how much longer do I need to tolerate her behavior? When do HD and YR start being friends because this isn't it...😭

this could be a good point... maybe there's even two different wills🧐 the one that Grace talked about and a possible one designed for HW only... from the little flashbacks we've gotten so far we could see that HI did like him, and as i have seen in other theories, her illness might have manifested early on and not just know that she got diagnosed. so maybe, in the early stages of her losing track of time and forgetting things, she already took measures just in case. but Grace only "knows" about the will she talked about... idk if that makes sense, it must be delusion talking🤪

oh please. imagine being in an unhappy marriage for three years with annoying in-laws that treat you like shit and then you find out your wife didn’t include you in her will. the how he found out plays into it but ofc he’d be pissed about not getting ANYTHING out of the will too. let’s not kid ourselves.

… tbh i have terrible memory but this is partly the reason hyun woo doesn’t want to go to the doctor wuth hae in when she asks him to come with her. He tells her he won’t go anywhere with here because he’s pissed she allegedly didn’t include him in the will (which i don’t believe). i think it was at the end of ep1😅

Hae In is a badass in general, but that wasn't what my comment is about.

Who else thinks the Grace lady lied? Because I think the opposite of what she said happened: Hae In wrote in her will that only her husband will get everything to ther name. I'va had this idea since watching ep2 but I always forgot to comment on here..

i’m not far into the show, but i can see what you’re saying. Still, her mom telling her no food or sleep until she memorizes some lines or whatever hardly pushes NN to actually wanting to study. This was of teaching and raising a child is not up to what I am used to, so I view it differently anyway. Thanks for your input though💪🏼

Episode 1 ending was a banger, but episode 2 to 5 were a little stalling the plot imo. They were enjoyable, but episode 6 to 10 were soooo goot, the plot advanced, there was some action and it was so engaging🥹❣️can't wait to continue^^
