Can you tell me the novel name please and if possible share the novel link
So I thought this was based on Blazing Sunlight, but looking into it all the names are different so I could be completely wrong and its a completely different story? lol. It seems very similar so I'm 90% sure I'm right.

Guys can someone recommend me novels like 'you're beautiful when you smile'. It doesn't have to be esports just…
I second the You are my Glory recommendation - by the same author and has similar vibes though the couple dynamic is different. also recommend Really, Really Miss You
Minor Spoilers!! read the novel and machine translated for most of it. The beginning gave similar vibes to Love020's novel, except the cast is slightly older (masters student and working guy) and I liked the novel because the main girl was a dependable and attractive FL just like in love 020, but the main conflict of the two stories are different. They actually put it in the description box lmao even though it was shocking twist in the novel O_O
I thought the novel was on hiatus? Can't remember the name.. Also they changed the backstory quite a bit :: the 2ndary ML never cheated, they were in an almost but not quite relationship in college and never officially got together, so its not clear who she will end up with in the novel. In the novel Mo Ling Ze reads as the 2nd ML, so as a reader you get satisfaction for this finally being a book where the secondary ML gets the girl. Kind of sad they're standardizing the plot :(
Yes same. But wonder if they are keeping it like that or if they are gonna make a sensual adaptation for Netflix…
maybe the content automatically rates 19R in Korea? I didn't see that this was a movie adaption until you mentioned it lol! However I hope they execute this carefully if they do some noncanon scenes. Do you remember that scene where theres a mainstream bdsm movie that they watch? And how they had some mixed commentary about it? It feel like forshadowing lol.
I read this manhwa! The Sensual M! Even though the theme is BDSM, its very, very, very tame - or maybe just realistic? It honestly just read like a cute office romance while also dealing with kink shaming/prejudice. This kinda exciting XD
I only watched 20 mins of the first episode but I really can't like Sake/Sean Jindachot's voice!! I actually dislike it. I know I'm picky with male leads, but I was expecting a more masculine voice given his handsome face urgh. It reminds me of my shock when I heard david beckham speak (but he's still handsome because he's david beckham :P)
I think someone took it off youtube because I could only watch up to ep 4 with subs :( is there anyone out there who knows where I can watch it in 2020 lol
the story this is based on is so cute, doesn't have any crazy melodrama and to be honest the characters don't have too much depth (ie fall into tropes), but to me that can be a very a good thing if you want to relax and enjoy a cute show done well. Probably the closest to Love020 in style (its a relaxing and pleasant story with gaming elements) though the MC's have a very different dynamic to Love020. I really want to watch dilraba in story I like and modern setting. I'm so excited!!!!!
I couldn't even watch 2 episodes of Love 020 Go Go Squid as you female lead was cringy, but I watched this raw…
lol so you even watched it raw, that's a definite recommendation, though I really liked Love 020 myself. So the male lead is good, I just hope the female lead is too. Thanks for the reply!! I'll probs give it a try sometime soon
ive only watched likeee 10ish episodes of Love O2O (haven't finished it yet), may I ask what made the Go Go Squid…
i didn't watch much of go go squid, but I always have trouble with falling in love first, overly cute female leads. I didn't watch enough to know for sure, but it also didn't seem like the story was going for any central female lead development plot lines, it looked to be mostly focused on the male lead and his gaming career which to be honest isn't really a main draw for me.
Love 020 had a balance that I could enjoy of the male lead and wei wei and her struggles and growth with not too much melodrama. I liked that there was emphasis placed on her being independent and studying and gaming and an awesome group of friends- basically she has a life.
this post got me watching along with another post by the same author on badass female leads. Love a fierce female lead, love romance, love how it doesn't diminish one female to show how good another female is (I've only watched 2 eps so far but good vibes omg)
uhhh was this the plot of stewed squid with honey? I remember the plot being more low key than this.. especially the ML.. oh fail checking it out im thinking of really really miss you. Never read the novel so I guess I'll check this out. Hoping for love 020 vibes <3<3
The original is one of my favorite tvs shows regardless of being western or Asian so I'm wondering why they decided to remake this so soon?? Couldn't they just brought back the original cast and done another season?? I would have been so down for that!
such an intereresting article!! But I wish you listed the couple with their house type and show name. Then it would be easier to check out a show with an interesting pairing
