i think it's like in other mythology where they have many gods, the lady in red is mentioned as god of birth. That's why she said "my child" for Euntak and also Kim Shin as well. But the butterfly is different god.

Just realize that it has the similar vibe with Goblin, people seem bothered a lot with this whole 1000+ years old creature and the younger counterpart romance even in korean sites even though they seem to adore Twilight before.
