Firstly, Taiwan really know its way into my heart, I just can't control my pounding heart throughout the show hahahha. I have put on hold Taiwan drama for a longgggg while due to personal reasons, but BL cravings got me back in. First Taiwan BL and one of my first and only ever idol(s) since I was a child actually plays a small role?? What are the odds? Feel like Taiwan's favourite child right now~ HAHAH Secondly, I am so glad, this is mainly fluff. I really just need fluffy BL plots right now. And the cinematography is so on point. So good that sometimes, it overshadows the plot and brings me out of the story to wonder at how the scene was being filmed. Thirdly, unsure if there's only one source of eng subbed for this. But the subs doesn't do justice to the dialogues and narrations. Watching this, it makes me wonder if I have ever missed out the poetic nuances in KBLs with bad subs lol. Not only did some poetic stuff not come through, but most of the double meanings, slangs, delayed play on words did not came through to the subs too.
I created an account just for this show. hahah~ First season was great, typical fluffy BL. But this. What is this. My heart was hurting from episode 1 to the very last episode? Only the last 20 minutes my heart hurt less. How heart-wrenching can a season 2 be? Props to the whole production team and the actors. Without even any dialogues, some scenes were already breaking my heart... And I have only just recovered from another heartbreak (from unrelated sport news lol), which was healed by Unintentional Love Story. I don't know how some of you get the courage to rewatch this... It hurts too much for me... I need a season 3, with a much healthier relationship development, I need more fluff from these 2, I want more of them. Both ML are so good. Both characters are are so different, and so real. A whole season of character development is definitely rare in BL dramas. Season 2 is so well done, I am still in awe~
