Film Festivals worthy
Incredible story on how poverty steals, robs, constrains and shatters dreams. As an outsider looking in, we were taken through the world of the Thai civil servants' private lives and how the police service affects their families.Had my heart from the trailer, and I knew I was going to cry and be heartbroken. They delivered with a powerful storyline, great dialogue. Direction, set choices, cinematography, and wardrobe all enriched the story, whilst the acting was the golden thread that tied the story beautifully.
Looking forward to seeing more projects from the lead actresses in the future. And I still think about the little sister and Ann (hoping they are ok wherever they are)

GL underdog of the year
They released their trailer two weeks before their show aired, which was during the GL drought and stole many hearts - incredible timing. Great choice with the book; the adaptation was as close to the book as possible, with a couple of tweaks here and there. Incredible and powerful performance from actress June. Her ability to tell a story with her whole body was incredible. Her face, in seconds, would reveal 3-5 emotions, showcasing how an individual can hold multiple feelings about one thing at a time. New refreshing storyline
The storyline was refreshing, something we haven't seen within the Thai GL space. The OST is beautiful, I hope we get to see the music video soon, its one of my favourites OSTS for the year. As for the acting, I hope it will improve as the characters grow and gain more experience. That being said, BMine has grown in terms of her acting and is getting better. First of its kind
I remember reading the books and scaring myself at some point. Came in with high expectations and they didn't disappoint. Congratulations to MGI for pulling this off. The tears flowed, and the plot twist was shocking. Both the leads Charlotte and Engfa put in the work to perfect their craft and it showed. Was surprised at how good the supporting cast was. Love a good underdog
The show emerged unexpectedly and awakened the Thai GL space during the drought. Great acting, captivating storyline and the chemistry between the two leads is outstanding. Ahead of the curve
Sonya and Lookmhee combined are the best actresses within the Thai GL space and this showed when Affair was airing. Great storyline, without the main leads having cringe or awkward acting.
