arghh, I so wish it had 12-14 eps instead of 20. Shim Chung doesn't warn Ma Dae Yeong and instead leaves him a drooling mess. Hae Joon Jae doesn't drag the uncertainty and tells her that he knows what she is. Hae Chi Hyun rebels and saves his father. Wannabe girlfriend finds herself a new hobby. The good parts are pure gold, but the drag! The drag is real.

Maybe the writter doesn't like them that much. But I almost expected it really will be Shi Won's cameo :)

I wonder would it be possible for him to hijack his past? Not just observe the outcome in a future, but take the place of his past-self by somehow restraining him (having him restrained by some accomplice, because getting too close would make present-him disappear) and try to fix things? but it'd obviously only messed everything up even more then it was in in the original timeline.

That's true. I can't tell he's one of those actors who can pick well every single time and guarantee the quality of a drama.

I don't get why, it just gets better and better after initial first 4 episodes. I'm so glad they decided to fasten things and get it done with soon.

Anyone knows a drama or a movie that deals with a subject of restrictions towards book copying and distribution? It starts interesting here, but somehow this plot was abandoned halfway.

In case you still want to know the answer is: it's complicated. Romance isn't the main theme here. There was some tension and mutual attraction, but the younger actress was replaced in the middle, there was a time skip and the whole sublot was pretty much subdued. Still a great drama though!

so this all technically counts for the second lifetime? It hasn't yet reached that point mentioned in the synopsis when the heroine jumps off the tarrace and so on?
Now I think I'm at fault, because I didn't bother to care about Susu and Ye Hua after the wipe out, thinking they won't last long anyway. And now it's a chore to relate to their story. It was just painful to watch him lying all the time and strange to see her as an amnesiac who isn't concerned at all about not knowing a thing about herself.

I just saw she doesn't get her memories back even in ep 36 and feel terribly demotivated to continue with this show... Please tell me that ep 20-36 have more substance than Su Jin being a generic mean, clingy 2nd female lead plotting against the heroine.

I don't think it's a show to watch for the plot (sadly). Reasons I still find it enjoyable:
- hair ornaments
- that chalice mounted on bird's foot in demon realm (and generally the way every realm is differentiated)
- Dong Hua Dijun's expressions.
Which all taken together makes it a good background noise for a pneumonia season, when I'm a little dizzy because of cough syrup and quite forgiving :D What bothers me, personally, is that there's little to none character development. People here are more likely to act out of character than have a believable change. They go against their setup.

@moondust : there seem to be a controversy regarding the book itself, it's allegedly a rip off from some other book, just changed from yaoi to straight.

you cant submit your own. Synopses are usually copied from other sites or based on rumours, press releases, sometimes source material if it exists, so something can get lost in translation.

I'm confused (I blame my substandard facial recognition skills): could someone explain what is the relation between Golden Lotus Spirit and God of War (dead from ep 6 onward)? Are they the same person? Is the former supposed to be his reincarnation/another form of this God? But they both existed at the same time even before the battle, so how can they be one person/soul/whatever? And what's the point of preventing the body from rotting, does she expect his soul to de-scatter and him somehow resurrect? But he already reincarnated(?) as young prince of heavenly court? Halp.

Remind me: why aren't the survivors questionned by some authority, like police? How come it's all dealed by this company?

but we haven't even got to the point where the synopsis above starts, have we? It's like the second arc, the summary doesn't cover the first lifetime.
