ya know what is more interesting than this list? how much hate or negative claims people have made in this thread. it's understandable that not everything will be everyone's taste but hate is strong in the comment section. i know some will say "no no, we are just saying why we find x, y or z overrated" but y'all it isn't that deep- why are some of you guys being so mean with it.
Agreed! If she is not good at acting, I hope fans give her actual criticism and support her in her acting career…
but before debuting as an idol, didn't she get promoted to be an actress as well because YG thought she had the protentional to be one? i hope her acting is good as well but i hope people aren't extra judgemental and picky with her acting just because she is an idol vs a rookie actor starring in this drama. i noticed people are harsher on idols who are starting their acting careers vs rookie actors who might have had the same amount of "training" as the idol.
I mean there are dramas I naturally drop because the story was just not interesting to me specifically. I started of liking the description presented to me but as I watch, I am just like eh and end up forgetting to continue it. I think I mianly drop dramas when I realize I am skipping way too much. Like what's the point of watching if you are going to keep skipping scenes right? another thing I learned about myself is I don't seem to like quiet dramas. Examples are "Encounter" or "When the weather is fine" I don't know something about the way it was filmed and written made me impatient. I guess it was too slow for liking. I don't mind the clique, fluffy, with the cheesy pickup lines dramas. It's nice to watch between all the dramas that have dark plots with characters that have deep emotional trauma or the revenge plots. I mean I love them but having a cute fluffy drama in between to detox from the heavy dramas. i'd drop a drama also on how poorly they produce, edit and write out their plot. I have seen some dramas where the actors did such a great job acting but because of how poorly the plot was written their talent went to waste or how poorly everything was filmed and edited the actor's talent went to waste. but some watchers don't realize this and just blame it on the actors. Lastly, I drop drams if the characters annoy me which is rare, i don't typically get annoyed at the main characters because I do remember that I am the viewer and the viewer sees all the characters sides meanwhile for the characters, they have no idea what's going on with the other character so they are just reacting accordingly to what they know with the type of personality they have. BUT there are SOME dramas out there that manage to make some really annoying main characters.
on the side note: there have been times even though i dislike the main characters, i have watched the drama just because I had fallen in love with the side characters. so i would skip all the main character stuff and just watch the side characters' stories because I just loved them so much hah like for example Search: WWW's Jiwan & Scarlet, I loved them but didn't like the story of the main character.
I loved Nao at first but then..the writers really weakened her personality with every episode after she realized her feelings for Hisashi, and it annoyed me a lot so i stopped watching the drama around ep 17 of season 1..i don't know..is it worth it to keep watching and finishing it up?
i haven't watched this and based on what people are saying. i don't think i will watch it. 1. because the manga is not finished so i think the writers of this show had very little to go on for how to finish this show as well how to give these characters a character development that would be satisfying. 2. As I was reading the manga, I was very annoyed with all the characters as it is and since there are currently only 14 chapters the manga is nowhere done 3. that saying, the writers and directors really jumped the gun waaaaaaay too early for making this show and should have waited till the writer of the manga was at least near the end of her story before thinking of making a tv show out of it.
Apparently it has the same story as a hit Japanese drama from earlier this year.
