I too enjoyed it🤩...it's just diff perspective ...as I said earlier I felt This was about SRQ as ML , but due to his decisions he became a 2nd ML in his story( sad reality for many couples)it was more of unrequited love btw SRQ and princess due to personal revenge...but PWX took the chance and sincere efforts to become ML of this story...That's why I didn't mind wen they showed more of SRQ in the drama, since he was like a fallen ML ......FL and PWX had a great charecter devp compared to 1st life and became a better couple.

Yeah tats true we didn't get to see much of first life experience, they consolidated everything in 15-20 mins...If they would have showed more of it, that would make it more relatable....I guess they had to cut it, for tat 40 episode mark

But PWX acted on his instincts and grabbed any chance he got, he even let go of his ego(which is very common especially wen he married someone powerful)...He sincerely loved her and eventually ended up togather...that in the end made him in to the ML😌
As for the FL she was hesitant to trust anyone...in the end itself we can see all the royal family is backstabbing and want to kill each other....Father poisoning own children, wife killing husband, mother telling son to kill father Nd vice versa...none of them value each other or trust them ...She in previous lyf wanted to go with flow and just supported noble family blindly... All though she loved the CP, she itself harboured discontent to towards him, since for him she had to sacrifice things...in the end she emotionally blackmailed him and treated him like a kid, wen he really wanted a sister to care for him.....Except for crown prince most of royal family is emotionally devoid people...like machines.

I love xu Kai acting...but lately I think he has been in dramas which are really similar concepts(mostly business related)...I really want to see him in historical dramas
